Our Tour of Logan

While in Logan we stopped at some of the places listed on the Cache Valley Food Tour Brochure, as well as the historic Logan Tabernacle. We visited Cox Honey and tasted different flavors of honey, and saw a working beehive. (All those bees, is a creepy feeling!) We stopped by the BlueBird Cafe, which felt like stepping back in time. It is a restaurant, and has a soda fountain, and candy counter. We found out later that Grandma Larson use to eat there! We got ice cream at The Aggie Ice Cream store. It was a very popular place, especially among the elderly generation. I think mom's favorite place was Gossner cheese, she came prepared with a list of things she wanted to buy. They had samples to taste, but I miss the Cache Valley Factory. It was a fun afternoon that was very tasty and filling!
