My mom and I took a week off work, and attended BYU Education Week. It was great! The classes were wonderful, and I enjoyed the down time.

Ella Good Shaved Ice, just south of the BYU campus. I was so excited it was finally open when I went. They serve Hawaiian shaved ice, which has vanilla ice cream in the bottom. A very yummy treat!

Hey, Jenny! That's great you're still going to Education Week. I still remember running into you at the class about the Founding Fathers' lives. That was the last time I really attended because I tried to go twice after that and found I was constantly playing hookie and skipping out to shop, lunch and go to movies with friends.
